El Honda Civic GX (Japonés: シビックGX) es un sedán compacto propulsado por CNG (gas natural comprimido) fabricado por Honda, el cual fue introducido durante 1998 en el mercado Norteamericano y Japonés. El modelo fue fabricado en Estados Unidos, en la planta "East Liberty Auto Plant" de Honda en Ohio entre 1998 y el 2008, posteriormente en la "Indiana Auto Plant" (Honda Manufacturing of Indiana) desde el 2009 hasta el 2015, cuando el modelo terminó su producción, siendo ofrecido en cuatro generaciones a lo largo de su producción:

  • Primera generación (1998 - 2001), basada en el Civic de 6ta generación (Norteamérica) / Civic Ferio de 2da generación (Japón).
  • Segunda generación (2000 - 2005), basada en el Civic de 7ma generación (Norteamérica) / Civic Ferio de 3ra generación (Japón).
  • Tercera generación (2006 - 2011), basada en el Civic de 8va generación, solo ofrecido en Norteamérica.
  • Cuarta generación (2012 - 2015), basada en el Civic de 9na generación, solo ofrecido en Norteamérica, renombrado a "Civic Natural Gas".
